Denise Ruiz

Denise was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Staten Island, NY. Denise attended St. John’s University pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Having worked in New York City in hotel management and for The New York Times Women’s Magazine Group and Custom Publishing Division she relocated with her husband and daughter to Nashville in 1995 with BMI.

Denise obtained her Real Estate license in 2003 to follow in the family footsteps. Denise is a 3rd generation Real Estate Professional. She is a real estate investor and built several spec homes in Southwest Florida. Denise’s philosophy is that “Keeping promises leads to Building Relationships”. Today Denise and her husband Jim call Franklin home. Denise and Jim have 3 children and 1 grandchild. Their daughter Shannon lives in Nashville and follows her dream of retail management with Bridal Warehouse, James Michael is married living in Long Island, NY with his wife, Kristina, and first grandson, James Joseph. James works for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Kristina is a full time Mom. Eric lives in Dallas, TX pursuing a career as an audio visual technician.
